Finest Retreats needed to supplement their existing property management system (PMS) with new tools to streamline their internal processes. Their PMS had limitations which were causing friction in their daily operations, and their reliance on self-built spreadsheets was becoming a fragile burden.

We created an API integration with Finest Retreats’ PMS, and a supporting web application that added features not available in the PMS. The proprietary software is specially designed to assist with the full management requirements of their owners. It assists with scheduling, communications, pricing and operations to deliver a better service for their holiday let owners. It enables the team to focus their time better on their personalised service.

We used Remix, PostgreSQL and Render.com to deliver this new set of tools.

We deployed a stunning web application with modern UI affordances which empowers the Finest Retreats team on a daily basis. By improving their internal processes, Finest Retreats are now more able to provide a better service for property owners and holidaymakers.
