I just happen to work for a startup firm and my boss is some young ambitious man. Now he has the same idea as "If you have written this b4 then its a matter of copy and paste and tweaking.." in his words exactly. And i have quit the campaign of trying to educate him on the tiny irrelevant things i need to take care of for each project.
